Magic Show Success!

Hello Friends,

Our show in Germantown, MD was a huge success – due to everyone who participated and attended. Even though it was a cool and rainy day we had a good number of people in attendance – 76 people.

The event began with some amazing close-up magic by Dwight Redman. He entertained and wowed the crowd as they entered the facility to see the stage show.

The stage show began with an introduction by Tom Gazmen, our Master of Ceremonies for the show. Funny and original, Tom warmed the crowd to type of entertainment they can expect throughout the show.

Our first stage performer was TEO along with his assistant and wife, Penny. They began with a comical musical routine. He then followed the musical routine with two baffling card effects.

Next up was Tom Paxton. He opened with a brilliant optical illusion that seemed to make his head shrink and enlarge. He then performed a few mental routines that boggled the mind.

Lastly and certainly not least was Eric Redman. He performed several larger, traditional stage illusions. The highlight of his act included the appearance and disappearance of doves followed by an amazing floating table illusion. It looked like real magic.

We would like to once again thank ALL of you who supported the Friends of the Magi by attending the show. We are already looking forward to our next show in March. We will be lining up some additional talent and a larger venue.

Until next time – “May all your days be magical”
